We purchased a group of five multi-let office/retail buildings on Cannon Street EC4 and negotiated vacant possession with 13 tenants, gained planning permission for redevelopment of the site to an 81 unit serviced apartment scheme of approx. 50,000sq ft with ground floor retail. Subsequently sold to HSBC Pension Fund.
